Youth Care Coordinators provide mentoring, family navigation, and care coordination to reduce barriers, strengthen family stability, and increase protective factors.
Weekly services • Average engagement: 30 days to 6 months • Reclaiming Futures model
A culturally responsive mentoring program serving youth in Mescalero and Otero County through cycling, outdoor education, leadership, cultural connection, and mentoring.
Quarterly 2–4 day events • In partnership with Mescalero and community organizations
Trauma-informed groups that help youth strengthen relationships and protective factors through facilitated discussion, mentoring, skill-building, and peer support.
